Can I also pay in cash? Which payment methods are supported?
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay
You also have the option to pay for the tour in cash on the day of the event. Simply select the "Cash Payment" option for adults and children when booking. We accept Mexican Pesos, Euros, and US Dollars. To do so, simply add the tours to your shopping cart as usual. Then proceed to checkout and complete your order.

US Dollar to Euro: 1:1.15
What currency can you pay in?
At the bottom left of the website you can select the currency in which you would like to pay. You can choose between euros, US dollars and Mexican pesos!
What are the cancellation conditions?
All excursions can be canceled free of charge and without giving reasons up to 24 hours before the start of the corresponding tour.
Simply send a short email to info@cocotoursmexiko.de or a WhatsApp message to +491781071351 and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price (this can take up to 5 working days)!
Can you postpone a booked tour?
Yes, you can simply send us an informal message up to 24 hours before the start of the tour and let us know your new desired date.
When it comes to spontaneous change requests, we try to be as accommodating as possible!
Just send us a message and we'll see what we can do!
What happens in bad weather?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that excursions cannot take place due to bad weather.
In this case, we will inform you as early as possible and give you the choice: either you will receive your money back from us,
or we can arrange a new day for the excursion.
Then hopefully with lots of sun again!
How do I book a tour?
Have you found a tour that you would like to book?
Simply select your desired date in the calendar, indicate how many adults, children or babies are coming with you and put the tour in your shopping cart.
As soon as you have selected all the tours, you can easily “check out” online.
Please don't forget to fill out the "Hotel & Room Number" field so that we know where to pick you up and let you into the hotel facilities.
As soon as we have received your order, we will take care of your reservation and send you the exact pickup time by email as quickly as possible.
In which languages do you offer the excursions?
Most excursions are offered in English, Spanish, and German.
Please check the “Included” field on the product pages of the individual excursions. There you will find the available languages for the respective tour.
If you would like guides in another language, please send us a short message. Often you are lucky and one of our guides speaks the language you want.
Will you be picked up directly at the hotel?
Yes! On all tours you will be picked up directly at the hotel and brought back again after the excursion.
If you have a holiday apartment or are staying in a hostel, we will arrange a convenient meeting point!
Is there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free food on the tours?
We try to ensure that there is something for everyone on our tours, including culinary.
As a rule, we offer several different dishes or a buffet with a large selection.
Nevertheless, you are welcome to let us know if you have any special requests, allergies, etc.

Does CocoToursMexico operate all excursions itself?
We conduct the majority of our excursions ourselves, including all private tours. For group excursions, we work with selected local agencies that we regularly "test" and have found to be of above-average quality.
Do you also offer other excursions?
Yes, we have many other excursions in the program that have not (yet) made it onto the website.
